Benjamin Garcia

Benjamin Garcia is a multifaceted individual with a passion for service, leadership, and community empowerment. As CEO of Precision Services Unit, Ben brings with him more than 10 years experience in the civil construction industry, and also a background in service to our country.

Prior to joining the professional world, Benjamin served with distinction in the US Marine Corps Reconnaissance company, bringing a wealth of experience, leadership, and dedication to his role as CEO. His service in the elite 1st Recon Battalion included two operational deployments supporting the U.S. Department of State. Benjamin’s military service has instilled in him a strong work ethic and a drive to support and uplift the veteran and minority communities through his business endeavors. Under his guidance, Precision Services Unit has grown into a respected name in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence and integrity.

Prior to co-founding Precision Services Unit, Benjamin held executive positions at Cal West Engineering, a contractor providing residential and commercial construction infrastructure, and Patriot General Engineering, a highly respected civil construction company serving the utility and energy sectors. In his position of Chief Administrative Officer at Patriot General Engineering, Benjamin contributed to the company’s exponential growth and profitability.  His keen business acumen and strong leadership abilities have played pivotal roles in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence everywhere he has worked.  He has also been involved in the start and development of many other companies in various industries throughout San Diego County.

Ben is a lifelong learner and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, laying a solid foundation for his career in business management. Building upon this foundation, he pursued further education and earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, equipping him with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Benjamin remains deeply committed to giving back to his community and supporting causes close to his heart. As a Co-Founding Member of the Patriot Empowerment Institute, a distinguished non-profit organization committed to fostering positive change and empowerment within the Veteran communities, Ben has also demonstrated his unwavering dedication to making a difference. Whether it’s through his work with the Patriot Empowerment Institute or his involvement in various other charitable initiatives, he continues to inspire positive change and make a lasting impact wherever he goes.
