Frank Simmons
Frank Simmons brings more than 20 years of distinguished service as a U.S. Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance team member to his role as Safety Manager for Precision Services Unit (PSU). His extensive military experience developed a disciplined, mission-focused approach to safety, leadership, risk management, and operational readiness. Throughout his Marine Corps career, Frank operated in high-risk environments where attention to detail, sound judgment, teamwork, and adherence to established procedures were critical to mission success. He applies those same principles to construction safety, helping PSU personnel identify hazards, make informed decisions, and maintain a strong culture of accountability and preparedness.
Frank’s combat experience further strengthens his ability to lead safety efforts in demanding field environments. During the Battle of Shewan in Afghanistan, he was awarded the Silver Star for his courageous actions in combat. His military service and combat leadership provide him with a unique perspective on managing risk, responding under pressure, and protecting the people entrusted to his leadership. At PSU, Frank uses these experiences to reinforce the principle that safety is not simply a requirement—it is a shared responsibility and an essential part of accomplishing every mission successfully.
