This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Precision Services Unit, Inc. (“Precision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages personal data obtained through our SMS service, which operates using Microsoft Teams SMS (10-digit long code, or 10DLC).

2. Scope & Purpose

We use SMS solely for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Low Volume communications—enabling secure, one-on-one interactions with employees via Microsoft Teams. Marketing, bulk messaging, or automated messaging is not supported under this campaign.

3. Data Collection & Use

We collect mobile phone numbers and related consent data only to deliver the SMS service via Microsoft Teams (e.g., notifications, updates).
Data may be shared with service providers—such as Microsoft or telecom carriers—but will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Consent & Opt-In

We obtain prior express consent from each recipient before sending any SMS message (e.g., via a clear web form, staff onboarding, or direct acknowledgment).
The Call to Action used during opt-in clearly states:
- The identity of the sender (Precision Services Unit, Inc.)
- How to opt in
- That “Msg & data rates may apply”
- How to opt out (“Send STOP to unsubscribe”).

5. Opt-Out Procedure

Recipients can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.
Upon receiving STOP, we immediately cease sending messages to that number—even on different numbers—unless new, independent prior consent is acquired.

6. Message Content & Disclosure

Messages will be one-to-one and conversational; no bulk, marketing, or automated messages are included.
