PRECISION SERVICES UNIT, INC. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By “Opting In” to or using a Text Message Service from PRECISION SERVICES UNIT, INC., you accept these Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
Precision Services Unit, Inc. (“Precision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS messaging services through Microsoft Teams (10DLC). These Terms & Conditions explain how our SMS program works, what messages you can expect, and your rights as a participant.
2. Message Types & Frequency
Our SMS service is designed for one-to-one business communications only.
You may receive messages related to:
Team or project coordination
Notifications or status updates
Safety or compliance communications
Responses to inquiries you initiate
We do not send bulk marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency will vary depending on the nature of communication, but will always be tied to your interaction with Precision.
3. Cost Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
Precision does not charge additional fees for SMS use.
4. Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and confirming your consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Precision for the purposes described above.
Consent is not a condition of employment or service.
5. Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.
After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy. Personal data, including mobile numbers, will only be used to deliver SMS communications as described above.
We do not share, sell, or rent your SMS opt-in information to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Participating Carriers
Our SMS program works with most major U.S. carriers. However, message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and performance. Precision is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to our website, and continued participation in our SMS service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
